?: How do we secure our date, what is the deposit, and when is the final payment due?
Contact us at 850.624.3853 or email us at sarahpowersvideos@yahoo.com to secure your date. We will check the availability, and mark you on our calendar for a $400 deposit. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept, check, money order, and credit cards through PayPal.
?: What kind of equipment do you use?
We shoot on digital 3 CCD camcorders. We also have shotgun mics on each camera, along with wireless microphone systems to mic the officiant and groom. Your audio will sound great, even on the beach!
?: If a camera malfunctions, will there be a backup?
This has not happened yet, but we do have more than one camera rolling during an event. We also have audio feeding into each camera, so if a camera should malfunction, we will still have your event and audio on tape.
?: Can your packages be customized?
It is your day, we will customize any package to fit your needs!
?: Do you travel to other destinations?
Yes, send us an email for a quote.
?: Do you shoot commitment ceremonies?
Most definitely. We do not discriminate against anyone!
?: What if someone gets sick?
We have a list of people we can call in case of an emergency! But if a shooter calls in sick, I cut off their toes; no one has called in sick yet!
?: We are getting married at a certain location, can you send us an event you have shot there?
We do not have time to make DVD copies to send to everyone, so we try to provide a variety of wedding videos on our site so you can view the quality of our work and be confident when booking our services.
?: Can we choose our own music for our DVD?
We are not allowed to use copyrighted music. But, we do dub copywritten music from YOUR OWN personnal collection if you provide it. It can only be for "personal use," so even though we craft fabulous wedding videos, please do not sell them or broadcast them on TV. I know, I know, it's tempting!
?: How long will it take to receive the finished product?
One month later. If you get married on June 26th, your DVD's will be postmarked by July 26th. If you do need your DVD's much earlier, we can expedite them. There is a $125 fee. We place your edit first on the list to make sure you receive your DVD's by the date you request..
?: Will you be using lights at the ceremony or reception?
We do not light your ceremony in any way. However, if your reception is extremly low-lit, we do have camera lights we use. The cameras we purchased handle very well in low-light conditions, so we will use as little light as possible.
?: Do you have any hidden fees?
Yes, but you will never find them! - no really, we don't!
